I strive to be as flexible and understanding as possible, however, there are certain instances when I'm not able to do so. Please give me a minimum of 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling. I am a small business (one person) and as such I'm greatly impacted when clients forget their appointments or make last-minute changes. Thanks very much for your understanding.
24-hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in that time slot. Inclement weather and medical emergencies are an exception. If 24-hours advance notice is not given, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
No Show Policy
If you forget your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the session.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session.
Sexual Harassment Policy
Client acknowledges that bodywork and energywork performed is therapeutic and strictly non-sexual. Proper draping (coverage with a sheet and/or blanket) will be observed at all times in accordance with CT State law. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, advances or behaviors will result in immediate termination of the session and the client will be responsible for full payment of the session.
